Flavapp is an online service allowing users to upload food images and receive AI-enhanced outputs in various styles. By using the service or completing a transaction, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Scope

• Users upload images of food products to be enhanced by AI.
• Login is done via mobile phone number verification.
• The service is fully automated and does not include manual editing.
• Users must have the legal rights to upload submitted images.

3. Technical Requirements

• Supported file types: JPG, PNG, WebP
• Maximum file size: 10MB
• Processing time depends on traffic and API performance

4. Payments

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe
• Prices are listed in USD or PLN and include VAT (if applicable)
• Users receive an electronic invoice or receipt upon successful transaction

5. Refunds and Complaints

• Users may request a correction if output files are damaged or incomplete
• A complaint must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Refunds are not available for subjective dissatisfaction with visual results
• Complaints can be filed via the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring the legality of your uploaded content
• You acknowledge that Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may collect behavioral data for analytics and advertising purposes, only after consent

7. Final Provisions

• These Terms are governed by Polish law
• We reserve the right to update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance
• If you disagree with any part, you should stop using the service
